Breakfast Menu
We source as much as we can locally; from the Rye Farmers’
Market, nearby farm shop and Fraysland dairy, whose lightly salted butter
made from unpasteurised milk we think is very special. Their full cream
‘green-top’ milk is sublime but have semi-skimmed if you prefer it. Bacon,
sausages and black pudding come from prize winning Winchelsea butcher
Jamie Wickens. We roast coffee here every day and squeeze orange or
grapefruit juice to order. We want you to be spoiled for choice with
vegetarian, carb, gluten, or dairy-free options as well as what we hope is
a great ‘full English’.
New on the menu are exceptional organic sourdough and rye breads from
Judge's bakery in Hastings, now owned by the creators of Green and Black
chocolate. |
