The village of Icklesham is a few miles
from the ancient Cinque Ports of Rye
and Winchelsea on the main road to
Hastings. We are surrounded by
beautiful countryside, apple orchards
with many public footpaths, and a
nature conservation wood within easy
walking distance from the house. The
Queen's Head is a popular, dog friendly
pub five minutes walk away. with
outside tables and spectacular views of
the Brede Valley, the sea, and Rye.

We have ample parking space in our
drive and the gate is locked at night.

The two en-suite bedrooms are at the
top of the house, both have double beds, one room also has a single.

Our rates for a double room with breakfast are: 1 night £75, 2 or more, £65, £10 per child or extra single bed

In residence are our two Maine Coon cats and Dolly Dog.
If you want to bring your pet let us know and we will
explain the house rules.

The Old Vicarage is next to the car park of the Norman church of All
Saints and St Nicolas. Called ‘interesting' in Pevsner it has a page of
detailed description. Our half of the vicarage was built in l820, the
Victorian wing was sold as a separate house 30 years ago.

We have wireless broadband available for our guests.
